Nylon CATRAC - Extended Travel

The Extended Travel styles of cable and hose carriers are designed for application where no room is available for any type of mechanical support of the carrier. The links actually have the ability to ride down upon the lower set of links and slide upon each other via an integrated slide shoe.  When the carrier slides beyond it’s centerline of travel a series of rollers or a continuous shelf engages the links and provides support for the remaining portion of the machine stroke.

Nylon CATRAC - Fixed

The Fixed Carrier style of cable and hose carriers are generally lower cost and offered in the smaller link sizes and require the conductors (i.e. cables, hoses, etc.) be introduced from one end and pulled or snaked through the length of the SNAPTRAC. To remove or replace an existing conductor the reverse is required. 

Nylon CATRAC - Rod

The Rod Carrier styles of cable and hose carriers are offered in the larger link sizes and are removable on either the inner or outer radius. We offer a standard selection of widths for each link style or they can be custom cut to suit your specific needs. Vertical separators are available to provide conductor segregation. Nylon roller sleeves can be provided over the rod carriers if desired. 

Nylon CATRAC - Rotary Travel

The Rotary Travel styles of cable and hose carriers were designed specifically for robotic applications and are available in nine (9) different configurations to suit the needs of your application. Rotations of up to 540 degrees are possible. We can also provide any supporting trays to contain the systems as it lifts and rotates around the axis.

Nylon CATRAC - Snap Open

The Snap-Open style of cable and hose carriers is offered in mid-sizes through the larger link sizes. This feature facilitates the loading and un-loading of conductors from a cable and hose carrier by means of a hinged and/or totally removable cross-member. Once repairs or additions of conductors are made these then easily snap back into place. Vertical separators are available to provide conductor segregation.

Nylon CATRAC - Totally Enclosed

The Totally Enclosed style is available in two (2) basic link heights and come in numerous widths and bending radius’. They are primarily designed to provide protection to the conductors against damage from hot metal chips or sparks or other debris. Vertical separators are available to provide conductor segregation
